Architectural Design
Stages of Collaboration in Architectural Design:
- Initial Consultation – Our collaboration begins with an in-depth meeting to discuss your vision, needs, and requirements. We ask targeted questions to thoroughly understand the project’s scope, your preferred aesthetic style, and any potential budget or local zoning and planning constraints.
- Site Analysis & Preliminary Studies – We conduct a comprehensive assessment of the site, evaluating key factors such as solar orientation, accessibility, local infrastructure, and the specific urban planning regulations (zoning codes) applicable to the area.
- Concept Development & Initial Sketching – Based on the gathered data, we develop several design directions. These include functional layouts, spatial distribution concepts, and initial aesthetic solutions.
- Feedback & Iteration – Upon presenting the initial concepts, we review your feedback together to refine and perfect the design, keeping your preferences and budget in mind. This stage may involve multiple rounds of revisions to arrive at the ideal solution.
- Detailed Design & Technical Documentation – Once the concept is approved, we develop the final design, producing detailed floor plans, sections, technical details, and all the necessary documentation required to obtain the building permit.
Interior Design
The Interior Design Process:
- Initial Consultation & Visioning – Our collaboration begins with an in-depth discussion to explore your preferred aesthetic, color palettes, materials, and the specific functionality of each room. We analyze the spatial typology and propose creative design directions that reflect your personality and lifestyle needs.
- Space Assessment & Analysis – We evaluate the existing space—taking into account dimensions, natural light, circulation paths, and structural layouts—to fully understand both its potential and its physical constraints.
- Concept Development & Material Selection – We curate detailed mood boards and design proposals, which include curated selections of materials, color schemes, and furniture pieces. Our focus is balancing aesthetic harmony with daily functionality, keeping you closely involved in the final selections.
- Concept Presentation & Review – Once the design concept is developed, we present it to you to gather your feedback. We then refine and adjust the design to ensure it perfectly aligns with your taste, lifestyle, and vision.
- Technical Design & Specifications – Following concept approval, we finalize the technical documentation. This includes detailed layouts for custom millwork (bespoke furniture), lighting and electrical plans, material finishes, and accessory specifications required for precise execution.
- Implementation & Site Supervision – During the fit-out and styling phase, we monitor the progress of the works on-site. This ensures that the design is executed exactly according to the technical plans and that the final result meets our high-quality standards.
We focus on creating spaces that not only impress visually but also enhance the user experience. Every project is an expression of our unwavering commitment to excellence.
By leveraging the latest technologies, we ensure our designs are not only beautiful but also sustainable, efficient, and built to last. We are dedicated to delivering solutions that truly stand the test of time.
Historic Building Restoration & Adaptive Reuse
Stages of Collaboration in Heritage Rehabilitation:
- Initial Consultation & Heritage Assessment – Our collaboration begins with a meticulous analysis of the historic building, taking into comprehensive account its protection status and heritage preservation regulations. We discuss the ultimate goals of the rehabilitation and evaluate the building’s structural state, identifying the key elements that require intervention.
- Historical Research & Structural Analysis – We conduct in-depth archival and historical research on the building, coupled with a detailed structural analysis to identify major issues that must be addressed. During this phase, we closely collaborate with certified heritage conservation specialists and structural engineers to establish the correct preservation methodology.
- Rehabilitation Design & Modern Integration – DOnce the building's condition is fully documented, we develop design solutions that strictly respect heritage protection standards. Simultaneously, we integrate modern technologies to enhance energy efficiency and user comfort. The project includes precise architectural details for restoring historic elements while seamlessly incorporating new functional requirements.
- Permitting & Legal Approvals – Because historical rehabilitation involves strict regulatory frameworks, we manage the entire process of obtaining the necessary permits and approvals from the relevant authorities, including specialized clearances from heritage and cultural ministries.
- Rehabilitation & Conservation Supervision – Following permit approval, we provide rigorous on-site supervision of the construction phase. This ensures all interventions adhere strictly to heritage protection standards, preserving the building's historical integrity while executing the work precisely according to the technical plans.
Scan-to-BIM & Point Cloud Modeling
Initial Consultation & Scope Definition (LOD)
Our collaboration begins by defining the project's requirements, specifically the Level of Detail (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) required—up to LOD 350. We establish the scope of the modeling (architectural, structural, or MEP) to tailor our workflow to your exact project needs.
Point Cloud Reception & Data Verification
You provide us with the registered point cloud data (in formats such as RCP, RCS, E57, or LAS). We conduct a thorough quality check to verify the density, accuracy, coordinate system consistency, and completeness of the data before starting the modeling process.
BIM Environment Setup & Grid Alignment
We import the verified point cloud into our BIM environment (such as Autodesk Revit). In this phase, we establish precise reference planes, levels, and coordinate systems, ensuring the digital workspace perfectly aligns with the physical coordinates captured in your scan.
High-Precision BIM Modeling & Correct Element Classification
Using the point cloud as our direct 3D reference, we meticulously model the as-built conditions. We place a strict emphasis on modeling components within their correct software categories (ensuring walls, columns, beams, and slabs are accurately classified) to guarantee a structurally and mathematically flawless BIM model.
2D Drafting & Documentation from Point Clouds
We extract highly detailed 2D technical drawings directly from the point cloud and 3D model. This includes precise floor plans, complex longitudinal/transversal sections, and detailed elevations, accurately mapping out structural irregularities and historical deviations.
Quality Control & Deviation Analysis
Before final delivery, we perform a rigorous quality assurance check. We run deviation analyses to compare our completed BIM model against your original point cloud, verifying spatial accuracy, checking for clashes, and ensuring that all tolerances meet strict industry standards.
Model Handover & Delivery
We deliver the finalized, high-fidelity BIM model in native formats (such as RVT) along with open-standard IFC files and CAD drawings (DWG) as required, fully optimized and ready for your design, restoration, or facility management workflow.
